Plaza Rotary member Randy Steinman (far left in photo) was among five Rotarians who graduated from District 6040's Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) in Chillicothe last Saturday. Randy completed the three-part course with (left to right) Case Ruckman (Albany Rotary Club), Karen Allen (Independence), Bill Purcell (Richmond), and Billy Ray Preston (Independence). Forty-three district Rotarians have graduated from RLI since the program was started in 2014. Two other Plaza club members, Jennifer Kyle and Scott Weaver, were among 14 Rotarians who completed Part I of the RLI course on Saturday.  Another Part I class will be offered on July 29 in the Kansas City area and in Kirksville, and all three Parts will be offered on August 19 in Chillicothe and on October 28 at the District Conference at Arrowhead Stadium.
