Beneficiary Nomination

 

Good Morning Plaza Rotarians,

 

Every three years our Club goes through a beneficiary nomination and voting process.  This process identifies the two nonprofit organizations that will be the primary beneficiaries of our funding raising efforts over the next three years.  As an example, 75% of the 2016 Games for Good fundraising proceeds were split between the Hope House and Urban Rangers, with the remaining 25% going to our Plaza Rotary Foundation. 

 

Please use the attached form to nominate potential beneficiaries.  There is no limit to how many you can submit, but please remember that submissions must be qualified 501(c) (3)’s.  We will be accepting nominations through Sunday March 5^th, with a formal vote taking place at our Club Meeting on Friday March 10^th and via email.
