How to Stop Creating Zombie Employees

Zombie employees check their brain at the door and drain the company of productivity, innovation and energy. They can manifest themselves in various ways – disengaged workers, people who do as little as possible – but the results are the same. And they have a significant negative effect on everyone else. See the behaviors that create them, and how we can stop this cycle.

Bob Dusin is a partner at HPWP Consulting, LLC.

Raised on a wheat farm in western Kansas, Bob has always been driven by the idea of constant improvement and getting a little better every day. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and, as a project manager, guided the construction of the tallest concrete high-rise in the United States. As a construction leader, his primary focus was to create the most effective and motivating work environments possible.

In addition to his work with organizational leadership development and coaching, Bob speaks at numerous expos and seminars throughout the year on a wide range of performance and leadership topics.

Bob has performed stand-up comedy, has served as the host and announcer for numerous charity and corporate events, and is an actor in radio and television commercials. He enjoys hunting, remodeling, and pretty much anything outdoors. Bob is married to Beth and they have two sons, Nick and Matt.
